The California Department of Aging is the state's agency on aging.
Its website points to help with home-delivered meals, rides to appointments, home changes to stay safe, paid family caregiving, legal help and Medi-Cal and Medicare questions. Call 1-800-510-2020 or pick your county online to find your local Area Agency on Aging.
