Delaware's Division of Services for Aging and Adults with Physical Disabilities runs the Delaware Aging & Disability Resource Center.
The center helps with assistive technology, caregiver support, food programs, health benefits, housing, in-home care, legal support and transportation. Phone and email are open at all hours.
