Medicare and health costs
Delaware's Division of Medicaid and Medical Assistance (DMMA) runs the Medicare Savings Programs, which it calls the Qualified Medicare Beneficiary Programs.
They pay your Medicare Part B premium, and with QMB also your Part A premium, deductibles and the 20% coinsurance. Delaware says your assets are not considered for QMB.
Applying is free. Nobody should charge you to apply.
