Hawaii State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP): free Medicare counseling in Hawaii
Hawaii SHIP gives free, local, one-on-one and unbiased Medicare counseling. The Hawaii Department of Health, Executive Office on Aging, runs it with volunteer counselors.
You can ask for counseling by phone or with the online request form.

- Counselors meet with you one-on-one. Ask for an appointment with the online counseling request form or by phone. The Hawaii SHIP website also lists Medicare presentations around the islands.
