Free Medicare counseling
Oregon's Senior Health Insurance Benefits Assistance program, called SHIBA, uses trained counselors to give local, confidential one-on-one Medicare help.
The Oregon Department of Human Services runs it. Call the toll-free number, send the contact form, or find a counselor near you on the SHIBA website.
Applying is free. Nobody should charge you to apply.
