Virginia Insurance Counseling and Assistance Program (VICAP): free Medicare counseling in Virginia
Virginia's Insurance Counseling and Assistance Program, called VICAP, is a free, unbiased and confidential Medicare counseling program.
The Virginia Department for Aging and Rehabilitative Services and the Bureau of Insurance work together on it. Call the toll-free number, which also works for TTY.
