New Hampshire's State Health Insurance Assistance Program, called NH SHIP, is offered through the ServiceLink Resource Centers. It gives free Medicare counseling.
The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services runs ServiceLink, and you can reach it with the toll-free number.
