Senior Health Insurance Benefits Advisors (SHIBA): free Medicare counseling in Idaho
Idaho's Senior Health Insurance Benefits Advisors, called SHIBA, gives free Medicare counseling. The Idaho Department of Insurance runs it.
You can call the Medicare help line, use the Ask SHIBA form, or meet a counselor in person.
How to apply in Idaho

- Counselors can meet in person, talk by phone, or answer questions by email. Medicare workshops are listed on the SHIBA events calendar on the Idaho Department of Insurance website.
Applying is free. Nobody should charge you to apply.
