Utilities and phone
Oklahoma's Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) has three short sign-up windows a year, for winter heating, spring crisis help (ECAP) and summer cooling, and each stays open only until the money runs out.
For 2026–27, winter heating enrollment is expected to open Dec. 15, 2026, online at OKDHSLive. Help for a life-threatening energy crisis is available all year by phone.
Applying is free. Nobody should charge you to apply.
